What it costs: $240, in either division, not payable when you register. How long: twelve games, late April to the end of August, mostly weekends. Who can play: anyone finished with high school and college ball, three years clear of professional baseball. Can I join late: yes -- players may register any time and join after the season has begun, though whole teams must come in beforehand. Can I start a team: yes, mention it when someone calls you back, and the manager must be 21.
And the question every adult league gets asked and few answer: am I good enough? The RRABL's answer is that players of all skill levels are welcome and no interested player will be turned away, as long as a lack of skill doesn't put them at serious risk of danger. That is both funnier and more useful than the usual reassurance.
A High Cheese league page keeps those answers on the same page as the fee and the join button, which is where a man reading them decides.
