The president is on the roster
The league publishes one address, [email protected], on its front page and again on its information page, and names David Pratt as league president behind it. He also appears on the Elysian Fields Rangers roster, which is the correct arrangement for a league this size.
Each club lists its manager -- Brandon Goswick for the Rangers -- and the league runs a newsletter subscription.
A single address handling registrations, questions, new team enquiries and the waiting list is a lot of inbox for one man who is also playing left field. A High Cheese league page routes a message to whichever role should get it, with the join form, the roster and the schedule behind the same address.
