Named in the record, not on a page
The league publishes no sponsors page and thanks nobody by name. Its own champions table gives it away: Peabody Champions Pub appears as runner-up in four of five recent seasons, and its Hall of Fame records Peabody's Murphy's Whips winning four playoff championships in the 1980s.
A pub and a bar attached to clubs for decades is sponsorship in its oldest and most durable form, and the league captures it only as part of a team name. High Cheese carries sponsor placement on the league and team pages twelve clubs check for standings and statistics, which is the audience a North Shore business is actually buying.
