The rules the Lightning play under
The Lightning play under the Clearwater Baseball League rule book.
The address this directory holds was a HomeTeamsOnline account under the name CLEARWATERBASEBALL, on a domain of the league's own.
Whether the league publishes one cannot be checked.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
