How to join the Lightning
Players do not sign up with Lightning directly. They register with the Clearwater Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Nothing about this club is readable anywhere.
No way to register is readable.
Somebody who wants the Lightning specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
