Who the Boston Phoenix are
Boston Phoenix are an adult baseball club in the 18+ Division of the Boston Metro Baseball League, playing home games at Healy Field in Boston, Massachusetts.
The club finished 3-15 in eighteen games and were outscored by 66 runs, closing the season on a loss.
The BMBL was the Boston Men's Baseball League from 1988 until 2021 and a chapter of MABL/MSBL nationally for thirty-four years. It went independent in 2022 and changed the middle word to Metro, partly because the league had grown out past Boston and partly because it had not been men only for decades. Boston Phoenix play under the second name.
The 18+ Division table, the ballpark in Boston and the Boston Phoenix schedule are three separate pages on bostonmabl.com, and High Cheese is where they are one.
