Down to the final three
The league runs playoffs in every division of both seasons, and reports them as they go. One update has the 35+ down to the Braves, Knights and Thrashers, with the weekend due to produce the final two and Game 1 of the championship. Another records the Braves beating the Thrashers to reach the championship already, the Knights beating the Marlins and facing the Thrashers on the Friday to decide who meets them.
The championship column in the past champions table runs separately for the fall season, so this league crowns up to four champions a year.
Brackets are promised and delayed in the league's own words -- playoff brackets will be up tomorrow, sorry for the delay -- which is every volunteer league in one sentence.
A postseason on a High Cheese league page keeps the bracket, the series and the winning roster attached to the season, updating from the results as they are reported rather than waiting for somebody to draw it.
