Named, and reachable
The league publishes a general address at its own domain and, on its board page, individual addresses for its President and its Secretary alongside the league one used by the vice-president, treasurer and field maintenance supervisor.
Its FAQ routes people explicitly: if nobody contacts you within two to three business days of your interest form, contact the President, the Secretary, or your prospective League Commissioner.
That is a real escalation path, published in advance, which almost no league in this directory offers.
A High Cheese league page keeps the same structure with a working contact behind each role and the roster, schedule and registration records those roles administer behind the same address.
