The league runs no shop, and its FAQ is explicit that registration fees do not include the costs associated with uniforms or equipment.
Its rulebook sets the standard those uniforms must meet -- hat, numbered jersey, baseball pants and appropriate footwear, similar in design across a team -- and allows a three-week grace period at the start of a season, and for any player joining mid-season, to get it bought.
