The rules the Thunder play under
The Thunder play under the Palm Beach MABL/MSBL rule book.
It runs both MABL and MSBL brackets, so the age rules follow the bracket.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
