The rules the Beach Bums play under
The Beach Bums play under the Palm Beach MABL/MSBL rule book.
It runs both MABL and MSBL brackets, so the age rules follow the bracket.
Rules that decide what the Beach Bums may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
