Seeded by rule, tracked on a board
The 2026 Rocket City Classic is run with its own paperwork: tournament rules covering offence, defence, ejections and forfeits, a roster form required before a club plays, a waiver for every non-local player, and a document defining seeding from the pool games. It also publishes a toteboard — a running sheet tracking wins, losses and runs against, which is the same tiebreaker the league season uses.
Both divisions of the regular season end in a double-elimination tournament of their own. Publishing seeding rules before the pools are played is what stops the argument on Sunday afternoon. High Cheese builds and runs a bracket off the standings the season already produced and applies the league's own seeding rules, so the toteboard fills itself.
