The handouts run to two sets. Locally: a Player Participation Contract and a separate New Player contract, local league rules in three versions — general, 25+ and 40+ — and a document setting out pre-game and post-game procedures specifically for The Rock. For the tournament: a schedule, a rules document covering offence, defence, playing rules, ejections and forfeits, a roster form every club must submit before playing, a liability waiver for every non-local player, and a set of pool and seeding rules.
Writing down what to do before and after a game at one particular ground is how a league keeps a field it does not own. High Cheese keeps a league's documents beside the schedule and against the roster, so the procedure for The Rock is attached to the games played there.
