Saturday is the spare day
Both divisions play twenty games. The 25+ takes a Sunday plus one weekday evening anywhere from Monday to Friday; the 40+ takes a Sunday plus a Tuesday or Thursday night. Any midweek game lost to weather is replayed on a Saturday. Seasons end in double-elimination tournaments, and the league also runs the Rocket City Classic.
Reserving an entire day of the week for makeups, rather than pushing games to the end of the season, is how a twenty-game schedule on borrowed fields survives an Alabama spring. A High Cheese calendar carries the whole thing and moves a rained-out Tuesday to Saturday with its identity intact, on every player's phone.
