One park, and a landmark beyond the fence
Meador Park in Springfield is where the league holds its tryouts, and the recaps put its games there too — a Season X grand slam is described landing next to Meador Pool, better than 450 feet from the plate. No street address is published, and no other diamond is named for the six clubs.
Six town-ball teams named for Nixa, Republic, Branson, Ozark and Springfield playing out of one Springfield park is a fact worth knowing before you drive from Branson. High Cheese ties the ballpark, the address and a map to the fixture, so the venue arrives with the game rather than in a recap.
