The rules the Clearwater Rays play under
The Clearwater Rays play under the Central Florida Amateur Baseball League rule book.
The Clearwater Rays publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league publishes no ground rules, roster limits, age requirements or pitching restrictions in a form a plain reader receives.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
