The rules the Clearwater Athletics play under
The Clearwater Athletics play under the Central Florida Amateur Baseball League rule book.
The Clearwater Athletics publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league publishes no ground rules, roster limits, age requirements or pitching restrictions in a form a plain reader receives.
Rules that decide what the Clearwater Athletics may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
