The rules the USA play under
The USA play under the Central Florida Amateur Baseball League rule book.
The USA play out of Central Florida, FL.
The league publishes no ground rules, roster limits, age requirements or pitching restrictions in a form a plain reader receives.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
