Who the Worcester Vipers are
Worcester Vipers are an adult baseball club in the 35+ Central Division of the Boston Metro Baseball League, playing home games at McLaughlin Field in Leominster, Massachusetts.
The club finished 10-7 in 21 games and outscored their opponents by 41 runs, closing the season on a loss.
The BMBL was the Boston Men's Baseball League from 1988 until 2021 and a chapter of MABL/MSBL nationally for thirty-four years. It went independent in 2022 and changed the middle word to Metro, partly because the league had grown out past Boston and partly because it had not been men only for decades. Worcester Vipers play under the second name.
The 35+ Central Division table, the ballpark in Leominster and the Worcester Vipers schedule are three separate pages on bostonmabl.com, and High Cheese is where they are one.
