Who the Worcester Nationals are
Worcester Nationals are an adult baseball club in the 28+ MetroWest Division of the Boston Metro Baseball League, playing home games at Medway MS in Medway, Massachusetts.
The club finished 3-14 in sixteen games and were outscored by 67 runs, closing the season on a win.
The BMBL was the Boston Men's Baseball League from 1988 until 2021 and a chapter of MABL/MSBL nationally for thirty-four years. It went independent in 2022 and changed the middle word to Metro, partly because the league had grown out past Boston and partly because it had not been men only for decades. Worcester Nationals play under the second name.
