Who the Natick Pirates are
Natick Pirates are an adult baseball club in the 45+ Division of the Boston Metro Baseball League, playing home games at Nipper Park in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The club finished 1-10 in ten games and were outscored by 61 runs, closing the season on nine straight losses.
The BMBL was the Boston Men's Baseball League from 1988 until 2021 and a chapter of MABL/MSBL nationally for thirty-four years. It went independent in 2022 and changed the middle word to Metro, partly because the league had grown out past Boston and partly because it had not been men only for decades. Natick Pirates play under the second name.
The 45+ Division table, the ballpark in Waltham and the Natick Pirates schedule are three separate pages on bostonmabl.com, and High Cheese is where they are one.
