Who the Boston Hogs are
Boston Hogs are an adult baseball club in the 18+ Division of the Boston Metro Baseball League, playing home games at Healy Field in Boston, Massachusetts.
The club finished 4-14-1 in nineteen games and were outscored by 88 runs, closing the season on two straight losses.
The BMBL was the Boston Men's Baseball League from 1988 until 2021 and a chapter of MABL/MSBL nationally for thirty-four years. It went independent in 2022 and changed the middle word to Metro, partly because the league had grown out past Boston and partly because it had not been men only for decades. Boston Hogs play under the second name.
