The paperwork behind the Cardinals
The paperwork Cardinals deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Cardinals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league links its by-laws and its league rules from the footer of every page, alongside its FAQ and its national affiliation.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
