The rules the Cardinals play under
The Cardinals play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
Everything public about the Cardinals is the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League's.
The league publishes both by-laws and league rules from its footer, and managers are expected to know and understand the playing rules, the standing rules and the code of conduct.
Rules that decide what the Cardinals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
