How to join the Cardinals
Players do not sign up with Cardinals directly. They register with the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Cardinals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league states its terms without hedging.
Somebody who wants the Cardinals specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
