How to reach the Cardinals
There is no direct contact published for Cardinals. The Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League routes players through the league office, and a club is reached through it.
Everything public about the Cardinals is the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League's.
Behind it sit four named officers with biographies -- a chairman, a president, a vice-president and a treasurer-secretary.
Somebody organizes the Cardinals and no page anywhere carries their name, which a High Cheese inbox changes.
