Entered, then used three ways
The league keeps a Game Results section, and everything downstream depends on it: six divisional standings, five sets of batting leaders, an all-time leaders list and a Player of the Week.
That is a lot of derived work from one input, all of it currently assembled by hand.
A score reported once on a High Cheese league page becomes the standings, the club's record and the player's line at the same moment -- which for a league producing five leaderboards a week is most of the labour removed.
