Including who has been let go
The league keeps a Teams & Rosters section with divisions and teams as separate pages, and alongside it something almost unique in this directory: a Waived Players page.
Publishing which players have been released is how a six-division league keeps a mid-season market moving. A manager short of an infielder in July reads that page rather than making six phone calls.
One club carries its sponsor in its name -- the Red Star Pizza Vipers -- with the restaurant's address and phone number published beside it.
A High Cheese team page belongs to the club rather than the season, and a free agent pool beside it does automatically what a waived players page does by hand -- with the difference that a released player can put himself on it.
