Forms, handouts and a rulebook
The league keeps three separate document routes: online registration forms, handouts available for download, and a rules page.
Distinguishing a form you fill in from a handout you keep is a sensible split, and it reflects a league that has been distributing paper to managers for three decades.
No constitution, bylaws or waiver appears publicly.
Documents belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page keeps the rules and the registration attached to the year in play, at an address the league owns rather than rents.
