One date published, two years sold
The dated announcement on the league's front page is fall opening day: Sunday 13 September 2026.
Behind it, registration is open for both 2026 and 2027, so a player can commit to a season more than a year out.
No spring opening day, closing date or playoff window is published.
A season entered once on a High Cheese league page dates itself into every player's calendar across whichever of six divisions he plays in, which for a league selling two years at once is how a September date reaches someone who registered last winter.
