All positions welcome
The league is registering free agent players as well as teams and says all positions are welcome, which is an unusually open invitation and the sort a league makes when it has rosters with gaps in them.
No club list and no roster renders on the readable page.
Rosters on High Cheese update as people sign and follow a player between clubs and seasons, so a free agent placed in April is on a roster somebody can see rather than in an email thread.
