An organization of one
The league names a full time commissioner with twenty years of experience and gives his first name, email and phone number. No board, committee or other officer is published.
Running 22-game seasons across several divisions single-handed, with scheduling, umpire assignment, insurance and field slots all included, is a full workload and the league says so.
High Cheese lets a league hand out real permissions, so the twenty-year commissioner is not also the only person who can move a fixture.
