Slots and insurance, both included
The league includes league field slots and field and accidental medical insurance in what a team pays for. That is two of the three things that actually stop amateur baseball happening, and it handles both centrally rather than leaving each club to find a diamond and cover itself.
Its own sitemap runs to well over a thousand pages, a large share of them individual fields across northern New Jersey, so the league holds a detailed ballpark record. None of it renders on the plain page.
High Cheese ties a ballpark and a map to the game itself, and carries a national ballpark directory, so a field record that size is readable rather than filed.
