Two, every game, and it is on the front page
The league puts two umpires per game in its opening paragraph, next to the fields and the statistics. In adult baseball a second umpire is a real cost and a real difference -- it is the line between a league and a pickup game with a rulebook -- and PCBL treats it as part of what it is selling.
No umpire association is named, no rate is published, and there is no route advertised for anyone who wants to work games.
Assigning two crews across four divisions and two overlapping seasons is the same scheduling problem as the fixtures themselves, and a High Cheese league page runs both off the one list.
