Platoon, and everyone else
The Majors record reads like a dynasty. Platoon won the 2022 spring and summer title over the Raptors 2-1, the 2022 fall title over the Raptors again 2-0, the 2023 spring and summer over the Raptors 2-1, the 2023 fall over the Cubs 2-1, and the 2024 spring and summer over the Tigers 2-0 -- five in a row, four of them by a single run or a single game. The Maniacs broke it in the 2024 fall, beating the Tigers 2-0. Then Platoon came back and won the 2025 Majors title 20-3 over the Raptors, which after four years of one-run finals is not a scoreline so much as a statement.
Below that the titles move around. AA has gone to the Bats twice, plus the Smokies, the Barons, the Valley Kings, the Outlaws and the Royals. AAA has gone to the Berserkers, the Crooks, the Pirates twice, the Wailers, the Venice Mariners and the Valencia Hops. The Cali Rangers have lost three finals in two years, in two different divisions, which is its own kind of record.
The league records the seeds as well as the scores for 2025 -- the Valencia Hops beating the Cali Rangers 7-0 as a three seed over a four, the Royals as a four over the three-seeded Doinks and Dingers -- and marks one 2022 result honestly as score unavailable.
That is a proper archive, and it stops in 2022 with three slots in the navigation still reading Coming Soon. A High Cheese league page keeps each season at its own address as it happens, so the archive builds itself rather than waiting for someone to fill in the years.
