Omaha Adult Baseball League

Omaha Adult Baseball League Umpires

Two paid umpires at every game, with sole discretion to eject and a review process behind them.

Two of them, every game, paid

The league advertises two paid umpires per game as a headline feature alongside provided baseballs, which for a fifteen-game season funded by team fees is a real commitment rather than a slogan.

Their authority is total on the field: sole discretion to eject any player or manager, and in the absence of league officials the right to rule on any of the league's own behaviour policies. A first ejection may be reviewed by the league and can carry a single or multi-game suspension; every subsequent ejection carries one automatically. Anyone who lays a hand on an official faces suspension for the season with all fees forfeited, or expulsion for life.

No association is named and no route is published for anyone who wants to work games. Assigning two crews across a twelve-team schedule is the same problem as scheduling the games, and a High Cheese league page runs both off the same fixture list.
