No scorebook, no appeal
The league requests that both teams keep a full offensive and defensive scorebook, and enforces it with the sharpest incentive available: a team that opts not to keep one forfeits its ability to appeal any disputed call or ruling. At minimum, both sides must keep a per-inning box score, and the league states that this box score is required for entry on the website.
Managers must present a legible lineup with first names, last names and jersey numbers at the plate meeting, and report every pitching change to the scorekeeper by name and number before the first pitch.
So this league already has scores flowing to a website, entered by teams, with the identification discipline that makes them attributable to players. A High Cheese league page takes that same entry and turns it into standings, team records and individual lines at once, which is the rest of the job the scorebook is already doing.
