Everything is recorded, nothing is published
Both teams are asked for complete offensive and defensive books, pitchers are logged by name and number at every change, and hit batsmen are counted against a four-per-game limit that removes a pitcher automatically. That is a league keeping real statistics as a condition of play.
No batting line, pitching line or league leader appears on the public site.
Season and career leaderboards that assemble themselves from those same box scores are standard on a High Cheese league page, which is the difference between counting hit batsmen to enforce a rule and having a record of who could pitch.
