What is downloadable
The league publishes its rules and regulations, links the NABA rulebook it plays under, provides a form for proposing rule changes, and carries its own privacy policy as a PDF -- notable because the site is built on a vendor platform and the league states plainly that the site is owned by the league and subject to the league's policy rather than the vendor's.
There is no constitution, no by-laws and no waiver on the public record, which for a 501(c)(3) with a board of eight is a gap.
Documents that matter should sit where the people bound by them already are. A High Cheese league page keeps the rulebook, the waiver and the by-laws attached to the season they govern, at an address the league owns outright.
