The podcast is the honest part
The league runs a newsletter and a combined news and calendar page, and it has a podcast -- which currently says under construction, with a 2024 reboot incoming, above archived episodes from 2013, 2014 and 2015.
That is a decade-old archive under a two-year-old promise, and it is the most recognisable thing on the whole site. Every volunteer-run league has one page like it. The league deserves some credit for leaving it up rather than quietly deleting the evidence.
Announcements are worth making where the audience already is. A High Cheese league page pushes news to the players' schedules and phones, so a rainout notice does not depend on anyone thinking to check a website.
