A gallery that thinks it is an archive
The league keeps a photo gallery, a video gallery and a Hall of Champions, the last of which it presents as a visual chronicle of past titles, arranged division by division and starting with Sandlot. It also publishes before-and-after photographs of the fields its Team Up programme has worked on.
Pictures of champions are the part of a league's record that survives best and gets indexed worst, because a gallery is a wall of images with no names attached to them.
A championship photograph attached to the season it belongs to, on a High Cheese league page, is findable by the team that won it. The same photograph in an untitled gallery is findable by nobody.
