Leadership follows contribution
The league states its rule for board membership in one line: leadership in Metro follows contribution, and every board member first served as a player or manager before being entrusted with greater responsibility. The board is drawn from team managers and members in good standing.
Christen Colon is President and Nick Gervasio is League Commissioner, the two named as executive leadership. Radames Duran is Deputy Commissioner for the A- and A+ divisions and Carlo Cavali is Deputy Commissioner for the Expansion division as well as running social media. Alberto Padilla is Umpire Liaison and GameChanger Manager, Eugenny Duran is Chief of Staff, Lenwood James is Strategic Advisor and Mario Padron is League Ambassador.
That is a real org chart, including a role for keeping the scoring app in order, and it is more governance than most leagues of this size write down. A High Cheese league page gives each of those roles a working contact rather than a job title on a static page.
