With an RSVP, because attendance is the whole problem
The league publishes upcoming games on its front page with date, time, both clubs and the ground — a Tuesday at 7:00pm and a Saturday at 4:00pm at Memorial Field, Whitefish — and keeps a dedicated RSVP page under its Schedule menu.
An RSVP page is the direct consequence of a league that has admitted most game days somebody is short: managers need to know by Thursday who is coming. It is also the mechanism that feeds the drop-in pool. High Cheese builds a season in one pass, publishes it as text and syncs it to every player's phone with availability attached, so the RSVP and the fixture are the same record.
