The league leads its front page with the truth about adult baseball: guys travel, work weekends, tweak a hamstring — most game days somebody is short a man. So it runs a drop-in pool, free to join, at $35 a game paid only on the days you play, and adds the line that removes the last excuse: all you really need is a glove.
Beside it sits the alternative — a flat season fee for 2027 that works out cheaper per game, reserves a roster spot all summer, and is required for MSBL/MABL national tournament play.
