One year old, and counting properly
The league was founded in 2025, is now in its second season, fields four teams and about fifty-two players, and says it is working to grow substantially in 2027. It is registered as an LLC.
Publishing an exact player count in your second season is what a founder does when every one of those fifty-two men is somebody he recruited personally. The 2027 plans — a 30+ weeknight division, a full-season registration option, more teams — are stated as intentions rather than promises. Every season played on High Cheese keeps itself as standings, box scores and rosters together, so a league in its second year has its first one permanently on the record.
