Named, reachable, and on Discord
The league publishes Nathan Dugan as Commissioner with an email address and a telephone number in the footer of every page, alongside Facebook, Instagram and an invitation to join its Discord server. Its front page asks anybody with a whole team's worth of guys, or anybody wanting to umpire, to email him directly.
A Discord is the right channel for a league whose central problem is finding a fill-in by Saturday morning, and no other league in this directory runs one. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps the commissioner's contact on the page beside the schedule and carries availability against the roster, so the Discord is for the conversation rather than the logistics.
