One ground, and it does not come with practice time
Games are played at Memorial Field in Whitefish. The league is candid about the limits of that arrangement: it cannot authorise Memorial Field for practices, so teams arrange their own facilities. Players who pay an additional registration fee get access to an indoor training facility with batting cages and a strength area, weekdays 6am to 3pm and weekends 6am to 10pm, from February through May.
February to May indoors is not a luxury in northwest Montana — it is the only way to be ready for a season that starts before the snow has finished. Saying plainly what the league cannot give you, and then supplying an alternative, is unusually straight. High Cheese ties the ballpark, the address and its access rules to the fixture, so what a ground does and does not allow travels with the game.
