Including a manual for its own website
The league publishes its rules, a Coaches Corner, an Umpire Evaluation Form, a Free Agent List page, a Fields table with per-ground procedures, and — unusually — a Website Instructions page teaching managers how to use the platform itself.
Writing a manual for your own site is what happens when score reporting depends on twenty volunteer managers finding the right button after a Saturday game. It is a workaround for a tool nobody chose. High Cheese keeps a league's documents beside the schedule and against the rosters, and a manager reports a final from the fixture itself, so the instruction page has nothing left to explain.
