The rule above the rulebook
The league publishes its league rules as a standing page. Above them sits the premise it states in its own about text: mature attitudes must prevail regardless of the competitive nature of the league, and the responsibility for keeping that is equally borne by the commissioner, team managers, players, umpires and fans.
Writing the fans into the code of conduct is unique in this directory, and on an island where every club plays every other club twice a season for seventeen years it is the rule that actually matters.
