One page instead of ten
The league keeps no separate rulebook, waiver or bylaws. What it has is a single information page carrying the season dates, the division formats, the run rules, the start times, the venues by month, the umpire rate, the player fee range, the uniform cost, the tryout process and the president's contact details.
Compressing all of that onto one readable page is a real achievement and it is also fragile — everything lives in one block of text that somebody has to rewrite each spring. High Cheese keeps a league's terms beside its schedule and its rosters, so the fee, the format and the fixture stay in step without being retyped together.
